I still think he has a role to play against better teams with attacking wingers and fullbacks, but he's more or less a wasted player against these kind of teams. Tiote's job is to boss the midfield, when he stops doing that he'll be out of the side. Jonas is a wide forward, what should his job be, and does he provide it? Yeah it's a shame, even when he had a bad game you could rely on him to carry the ball 40-50 yards and win a throw-in or free-kick or something but he can't even do that now.
