Delima
Winners Liverpool - insignificant net spend for 2 younger, and on paper complimentary strikers Blackpool - survival ensured Chelsea - money is not an issue for them. They got 1 proven scorer Aston villa - Michael Bradley, jean makoun, Kyle walker, darren bent Newcastle - 35M is a lot of money. Rooney paved the way for everton to stabilise themselves financially in the long term. On top of this, HBA + Ireland for loan Birmingham - Bentley n martins on loan. Survival secured Jury still out West ham - some serious money for some big uncertainties. Did not change manager Sunderland - done well to sell bent, but failure to acquire replacement may harm Europe hunt. Muntari for loan is decent Loser Spurs - fail to address squad shortage Arsenal - see above Everton - see above. Victim of his own success perhaps, I expected him to get a surprise loanee Wolves - no signing. Survival jeopardized Wigan - no signing

Mike
Everton spent that money. The only winners in the Andy deal are Liverpool and the casino Ashley intends to burn the 35m in.
johnnypd
does torres and babel's fees equal what liverpool paid for carroll and saurez? if so, great business by them considering Torres's attitude and performances for large parts of this season. Bad Mongo
The squad is now significantly weaker. A win for the club's owner, perhaps, but not for the club.

Disco
So much rubbish I can't be arsed to highlight it all. Any reason you've missed out over a quarter of the league?
Anderson
Can't believe Liverpool have seen their best player in about 20 years force his way out of the club and they've still managed to land on their feet.
Spider Jerusalem
Everton spent that money. The only winners in the Andy deal are Liverpool and the casino Ashley intends to burn the 35m in. Too fucking true. Unfortunately. Nothing more than a pittance from today will get invested back into the team.

Hanshithispantz
I feel as though i've been raped tbf, whether or not you view that as a win or a loss is probably subjective.
Steggy
Wolves no signing? What about Adam Hammill or Jamie o Hara? 2 signings we could've done with tbh.
Nordstrom
35m is not much good if we can't spend it until summer. We're clearly one of the losers for this window. Only if we stay up and reinvest that money in the summer can we reconsider that.
Kaizero
Kaz. Is your avatar that lass of Victorious ? It's Olivia Munn.
Vinny Green Balls
Winners? Fucking absurd! I don't care if we have 35 million in the bank. We have the worst strike force I've seen in the 16 years I've supported this club. Worse than the JDT days in my opinion. We are close, but not completely out of relegation trouble, and we are going to rely on Best, Shola, McLovenshite and that Omar from 'The Wire' to get us those last 10-13 points? Fucking hammering a house frame together without nails is what we are doing.
Spider Jerusalem
Loser Spurs - fail to address squad shortage And I'll go one further - we've constantly failed to address squad shortage and have actually weakened our squad to the point where one fucking injury is going to seriously fuck up our season in every position.
