Foluwashola
World Cup 2018 is in the bag, man. Henderson will delight and bewilder the Russian public.
Dave
Everything just looks so forced, there is some good talent in there but the tactics are obviously woefully inept, as is the selection. If Rose, Mancienne or Henderson start the next game it will be a farce. The 433 thing is shocking as well, our best talent stuck out on the wing, ffs. A. £20m B. Liverpool I will be gobsmacked if he's dropped.
ElDiablo
Oh, he won't be. The two performances he's put in warrant nothing less though. See also; Mancienne - Captain
Guest Heneage
Canny dramatic in here like. We are without arguably are best eligible players in this tournament. Dread to think what the future of German, Italian, French and Dutch football is like after they failed to even qualify for this. Germany spanked England last year.Italy won it in 2006.Holland made the final last year. England haven't come close to doing any of those three things. The players are all too rigid and nervous in their play probably because of people like Pearce who typify that mantra of if you try hard enough then who needs skill. That's not to say he was a good defender but in attack pieces you need flair, and creativity. He played tonight with 3 defensive minded midfielders, and 3 forwards with no link man in between. You watch Spain and see what Juan Mata does hanging just inside the final third laying passes in behind, creating for his team mates. England have none of that right now. As for the two missing those two shouldn't be missing both are fit and able and should be looking to help gel the future of this country's footballing talent . Pearce does need to wake up and start actually picking a team with an idea in mind instead of constantly just playing Mancienne like he's Busquets. Get Rodwell and Henderson playing the deeper role with Cleverly in front, Albrighton out right and either Sinclair or Sturridge on the left cutting in. Ignore Wellbeck for the time being and give Delfouneso the starting role up top seeing as Whickham is crocked.
NEEJ
Why's he persisting with that dogshit formation? Fair enough if you're gonna go at teams and attack them but he's basically got three sideways, cautious players in the middle of the park. Infuriating to hear Pearce talk about the Spanish too. He said it's always the case that they'll keep the ball and dominate posession, and that'll be the same in 50years time. With negative fuckers like him running things the sad thing is he's more than likely right.

From his comments he seems to almost look down on the idea of playing possession football. He's a fucking backward dinosaur that should be nowhere near our young players. Might aswell employ fucking Kinnear.
Sifu
Nice to hear that our youngsters are just as inept as the senior squad Quite frankly, the sooner this England setup goes (Capello, Pearce et al), the better it is for future.

Sifu
The U21s might just do what the senior squad did, win 1-0 and get through after drawing 1-1 and 0-0. Not holding out much hope though.
