Kaizero
I'm with Ronaldo here. The timing was well shit. Same reason Colo has went down in my estimation due to the Argie shit he pulled.
Guest firetotheworks
Too much has happened for me to be pissed off with any player wanting to leave.
thomas
I'm more of a well-wisher, in that I don't wish him any specific harm.
toontownman
Wait.. will we get money if he plays at the World Cup lol.. No wish Yohan all the best. While he handled things badly at the start of the season and last season was dodgy at best, he still brought me some happy memories!
Dave
@YCabayeofficiel Pas de fracture, ni fissure mais un bel impact sur le ligament sous la malléole. D'après le doc c'est rassurant. No fracture or crack but a good impact on the ligament in the ankle. According to the doc is reassuring.

Cajun
Mixed feelings on the lad. Appreciate what he done for us on the pitch. Disappointed when he refused to play. Don't blame him for leaving. Ultimately I wish him all the best, Hope he goes to and has a cracking World Cup.
Wilson
Meh. Thanks for the goals/points. Went on like a tit. Couldn't give a shite what happens in his career now.

Foluwashola
Fair play to him for his ambition. Doesn't mean I have to like that he tried to leave my club at the end of August to achieve it. There's no shame in going from club to club chasing the money, but at least show some respect to the fans who, in part, pay your outrageous wages while you're doing so. Certainly not going to wish him well.
huss9
still think he should have stayed till the end of the season. plenty of time left in his career to win medals. one league title during which he played 7 and a half minutes (or whatever) wouldn't have made much difference. Hanshithispantz
On the other hand if he didn't leave we probably wouldn't have went on this appalling run and Pardew would have gotten a free ride, again.
Carlito
In any other case I'd be fucked off at him for the way he went on i.e. refusing to play for us and bitching on etc, but I believe everything happens for a reason. Cabaye leaving when he did was enough to expose Pardew for the lousy fraud that he is and always will be. Can't blame anyone at this point for wanting out of our club as we'll never amount to anything under the Ashley regime.
Alberto2005
Don't understand the hate. At the end of the day he was a good player for us and I don't except him to give a shit about the club.
huss9
my club. if you don't give a s*** about my club, I don't give s*** about you.
Alberto2005
He doesn't support Newcastle. He's a professional footballer who wants to progress in his career, simple as that.
Geordie Deb
Can't blame any one them for wanting away from this madhouse. Can you imagine the torture everyday of having to listen to Pardew spouting his front foot playing philosophy and brain numbing tactics, while sharing his winning mentality and strutting around like the King? I don't blame him for wanting off at the earliest opportunity and hope he does well in the world cup. He did us a favour by helping expose the level of shitness of Pardew to the those who still worshipped at his feet.
Ste
I'm indifferent towards him now. Thought he was a cracking player for us, but what he does in his career now is inconsequential.

Guest bimpy474
Loved him, angry with him, don't wish missing the World Cup on him. Ultimately, couldn't care less about him.
Dave
Same except I don't care whether he has a good World Cup or not. Most of our other decent players play for the same team and we've focused almost exclusively on the French market recently, so if he has a good WC it'll probably benefit us. BottledDog
@YCabayeofficiel: @JevisaDiamante I miss @NUFC especially the fans. I spent 2.5 extraordinary years there. I will never forget. #cabayelive Yes I know most don't care/hate him. Appreciate this stuff, suggests that despite the shit we may still be able to persuade other stepping stone Frenchies.
