Given he's had two moves collapse on medical grounds how many would pay 10mill fee plus agents etc with his problems ? Not many but what's £10m to the likes of Chelsea, Man U or City? Even Liverpool who don't have the money seem to find daft amounts to sign young British players, they might think it's worth that amount to sign a striker who pisses all over Carroll.
