Would Mata be realistic or am I being a deluded Mag?!

Played under Rafa at Chelsea!

Probably better chance getting him on loan as Man Utd would want daft money and then there would be his wages. In short it’s never gonna happen!

Was still hyped in "Best 20 under 20" lists this year IIRC.

Just been called up to the England U21s for the Toulon tournament despite still being only 19. Think he's not in Cherno Samba territory just yet.

Well there is only one year left on his contract, which points to someone getting him for a low fee. Current wages are rumoured to be 140k per week.

For a club with ambition, a knockdown fee in January and 100 to 140k a week for three years are probably going to be cheaper in total than any comparable #10.

Facundo Ferrerya is a free agent after a 30 goal season in Ukraine

Wow. That's interesting.

He's now 27 years old and so should be much more mature physically and perhaps better prepared for the premier league.

Not sure what kind of striker he is though, but man that goal scoring record is outrageous. Wonder if Rafa likes his game.

Apparently we had a £6 million option to buy attached to his loan, which we declined at the time.
