Guest chopey
when I canceled mine in February I got a letter offering me £24 off next seasons ticket, I told them I would rather pay more if we were prepared to have a go at being a football club I got no reply
Big Geordie
Club has apparently started barring fans from it's Twitter feed, who use the hastage #AshleyOut. Getting worse, IMO. Ran like a fucking police state.

David Icke - Son of God
Blocking them so they can't send tweets directed at @NUFC I imagine. Lee Marshall's response did tickle me: @Mike_Ashley_Out It fits in with the idea that the club absolutely 100% shouldn't accept abuse, trolling or spamming via social media. I know they've recently relaunched the account but fucking hell
Mick
I wouldn't have a ticket next season even if they were given away free of charge but would happily pay more if the club was ambitious, they haven't got a clue as to why people are packing in. I hope people can see through the latest pathetic attempt to make it look as if we endorse what they are doing by the club.

SEMTEX
I'd go it if was free like. Not paying the fat man was the MO, and free tickets satisfies that requirement.
Conjo
There should never be a point of no return. If Ashley appoints what seems like competent people to run the club, make funds that are available available, and starts operating the club like a club instead of an advertisement tool then I wouldn't mind him owning the club at all. Conjo
Never said it was realistic. Point being I wouldn't care whether it was Ashley or someone else owning the club under those conditions, even with all his previous.

buzza
I think Ashley is preparing us for a stock market flotation That statement makes a lot of sense... He has experience doing it with SD, he can't find a buyer, NUFC has bags of potential and could really become a popular club again with success, he wants his 240 mill back... Whoever was in charge of administrating the club might have a much more positive outlook o n the way we were run... PLEASE!!!
Colos Short and Curlies
Don't see it - share prices are indicitive of future performance (or projected performance), you would be looking to maiximse income streams in preparation for a floatation. Cost control like we've seen at NUFC points more to a full sale than a floatation

Cost control like we've seen at NUFC points more to a full sale than a floatation I don't think it points to either. I think it points to self-financing. We're structured to aid "the group structure". The group consists of us and Sports Direct among others and is Ashley's personal revenue stream. He's getting wealthier because of this arrangement. He's not looking to sell.
