That his 3, 5 and 8 year plans don't work, because by the 4th year everything has changed so the end goal is no longer what you need to achieve. He thought as recently as 13/14 season he had got it right, by signing "The best young talent around", but within 18 month we were back to square 1, fighting relegation basically. Says he would of been angrier than us when we protested against him, had he been a fan.
