captainhaircut
Krul Simpson-willi-colo-santon Cabaye-tiote-vuckic Ben arfa. Ba Best Please. Demba scored plenty from the same position for West Ham so not to concerned. He tends to naturally drift to the left anyway.

It would be a significant boost because Newcastle have suffered aerially since Steven Taylor suffered his season-ending Achilles problem. “We’ve missed Steven more because we haven’t had Williamson. Because he’s the number one header of the ball we’ve suffered from that,” he said. “The last four or five goals against us have been set plays and that’s been significant. We’ve got to try and eradicate that.”
Dave
Are the provisional squads actually something the clubs give out (to the Press Association or whatever) or are they just educated guesses? Anyway: http://www.football365.com/match/3408417/preview Newcastle (from): Krul, Elliot, Harper, Simpson, R. Taylor, Santon, Ferguson, Perch, Coloccini, Williamson, Kadar, Tiote, Cabaye, Obertan, Ben Arfa, Gutierrez, Sammy Ameobi, Abeid, Vuckic, Smith, Ba, Best, Shola Ameobi. Lotus
An idea. If Santon's fit: Krul Simpson Williamson Colo Santon Cabaye Tiote Vuckic Ben Arfa Ba Obertan Santon's seems a fairly solid defender so far so may not suffer from Vuckic not protecting him too much, also Obertan has the fitness to track their RB should he go on a run. Obertan may benefit from having the option to naturally cut inside on to his right there by forcing their RB to think about tackling with his weaker foot, Obertan also has the pace to go outside (if he uses it). We'll also have Vuckic to put in left side crosses should we need. Cabaye works hard and is disciplined, he can cover when Ben Afra inevitably drifts. Cabaye will also help out Simmo and both can offer crosses from the right. Reckon Jonas could do with a rest.
Lotus
If Santon's out though, as seems likely, it's gonna be the same old 4-4-2 Krul Simpson Willo/Perch Colo Raylor Obertan Cabaye Tiote Jonas Best Ba
Beren
Just saw our last win away at Bolton. 4-0 in 2001/02. Shearer, Bellamy, Robert, Solano. Two wingers and two strikers on the scoresheet Golden era.

Skeletor
Just saw our last win away at Bolton. 4-0 in 2001/02. Shearer, Bellamy, Robert, Solano. Two wingers and two strikers on the scoresheet Golden era. Your last win was in 2007. Allardyce's first game. Indeed. First 4 games started so promisingly for him then he set up for a draw at Derby and every thing went down hill from there. Cracking goal by Martins though (the bicycle kick). I absolutely loved those cunts. What a strikeforce.
jukeboxromeo
I remember a 4-0 loss when Jussi got sent off and our right-winger had to go in net. Might have been this one.

Skirge
In a way its good this is an away game, you can see they are feeling the pressure of wanting a win, being at home the crowd will only add to that. I just hope they don't try to force it to much, no constant attempts are the million dollar pass just keep the ball and be patient they are under way more pressure than us. Stifler
I'm dreading this one. Boxing day which is usually a total fuck up for us plus it's away to Bolton as well which is usually a total fuck up. I just don't expect anything other than a big Bolton win. joeyt
Don't necessarily think it will be a big win, like, but still can't see us getting anything. Then again, I thought we'd get thrashed at Stoke
