He'll play the ball ahead of where he wants them to run to control the phases of play and the timing of attacks. Joy to watch. His link-up play and touch was great a while ago - but that seems like a long time ago. He seems Shola-esque at times (and not the good Shola). Yet they're happy to let one of their co-commentators question the integrity and character of a player down receiving treatment, even when he's being stretchered off? Suppose it's just a coincidence that he's French and plays for Newcastle United and this guy today is English and playing for Man U.... Your point is entirely valid.
