Probably already discussed but that's now 60 goals for Messi this season.

All-time record (I think) is Gerd Muller. 67 goals.

Can't see him not beating it providing he doesn't get injured.

Further update on the QPR team news. Apparently, Bobby Zamora has a hip injury which is the reason he is not being risked from the start, while Joey Barton has nine yellow cards and is being protected from a potential suspension for future games.

Strange that. Might as well not play him again that season then...  :idiot2:

Not really, today is the cutoff date for the 10 yellow cards suspension isn't it?

Ah fair enough then. Really good decision by Mark Hughes then. Barton wouldn't make a difference today... probably gifting Carrick the ball to make it 2-1 or something....

Hey, there's another team in this game today! Who'd have thought it?

It's Manchester United vs a team managed by former Manchester United player Mark Hughes

It fucks me right off that everyone just expects Man U to win and City to lose today.

As if anything is that clear cut in football man. The gap is 5 points. That's a one game swing. All City have to do is win one more game than Man U and then beat them at the Eitihad and they've won the title. You'd think the gap was 30 fucking points.

I hope it does happen though.

Man U must be experts at playing against 4-5-1 by now. Every team in England seems to pack the midfield against them.

Hopefully not. City's title challenge killed off today please.

You want Arsenal to win then?
