Pedantics aside, from the talk coming out of France it doesn't seem that the Remy deal is cut and dried. So it might well be that we will sign someone like Ordemwengie instead, ss he's in one of those end of contract situations Ashley likes so much. However if that happens i imagine we won't get anyone else till summer which would be a big problem. We are in too much short term trouble to turn our noses up at a premier league proven striker who is adaptable for £3m even if it is a short term fix.
