If we value him at somewhere between £1m-£2m, which sounds about right for a good Championship centre-back, then we shouldn't go any higher. Given that he's turned down one offer, I think he must be pretty confident there's an offer on its way, if it hasn't already been shown to his agent to reject Wigan.
