They're both very good players in my eyes yet like the rest of the squad are being chronically mismanaged. Stay up and get a competent manager in and we will see that.

You can't simply excuse them of absolutely everything because of mismanagement.

I think he's been the best out of our January signings so far. I also am loathe to criticise any player at the moment due to what Pardew has done to the squad.

Very true, it's hard to judge anything right now amongst this mess.

Would say Goof and Haidara were my two shining players. Think sissoko and Debuchy are battling it out for the worst, early spell of sissoko keeping him from being an absolute Obertan of a signing.

sissoko isn´t used the right way. I still expect him to be a really good player for us. he should play central and more as a box to box midfielder!

really really out of position on the RW....jesus, only pards would put him there! like cisse, christ!

Very much this. They're clearly not managed well, and has now also seemingly lost belief in Pardew and everything he brings. The fact that almost every player have been playing badly says it all.

imo sissoko, gouffran and mbiwa have all been at least as good as debuchy, if not better!

Can't believe the stick he's getting. Mental

He's a professional footballer and the way he went on yesterday was that of a 7 year old kid getting FIFA rage.

And that makes him a bottler, a coward, absolutely shit and a poor signing (a selection of the views I've seen about him)?

I didn't say those things, I'm on about yesterday's performance and his one v Sunderland which was bad as well.  He's decent and an upgrade on Simpson but nothing stands out about him for me.

i like him but he has not played above average for most of the matches, like many others.

bizarre penalty, red card and often out of position. he has been average at best in an overall underachiving squad.

Important to remember too that he's getting used to a different league in a difficult situation. I've been pleased with his performances leading upto the Sunderland game.

That relies on having some full backs that can defend, unfortunately 3.5 of our 4 can't do that and the .5 negates his defending by being utterly shite on the ball.

Our full backs push far too far forward anyway, because they're asked to supply all the width. Like someone said on here the other day after all the comments about Debuchy being in Danny Rose's pocket - why the fuck is that his job?

Because we only have 1 proper winger and he's injury prone/fat/whatever unfortunately.
