Would have thought something similar to player appeals vs reds, like before the next match. If this 'delay' makes him available for Chelsea, all the better. He's available tomorrow. Besides, the scheduling was worthy of a moan and Torres did make the most of it. I don't think he actually denied the fact it was the right decision? And yeah the scheduling was poor, by all means mention that. He pretty much blamed it directly for the loss though, which was a bit much considering we made 9 changes for the Chelsea game. We were shite and off the pace 1st half better 2nd. All pundits have mentioned that we played on Thursday, so its fair for Pardew to use it regardless that we only used 3 players.
