ElDiablo
With last season's squad plus Lejeune, De Jong and Saivet we'd be in another relegation battle, no doubt about it. Ridiculous lack of quality in the squad which resulted in us toiling a fair bit last season, in the Prem I think we'd be bottom feeders, even with Rafa's coaching. You can't polish a turd. Yorkie
Difficult to predict given we don't know who's going to replace Benitez, but almost definitely bottom 5.
Ikon
Doesn't matter who comes in, even if it was Ancelotti. The message it sends out to all the fans and the players would have us relegated, without doubt. Future is bleak..
Twinport53
Current squad with Rafa - around 16th. Improved squad with Rafa - around 11th. Any squad without Rafa - Relegated.
Skeletor
I voted bottom. Can't see Rafa still being here and the squad is awful.
Mike
Absolutely down. Down in flames. We're 100 percent just visiting.
Beren
Feeling pretty optimistic about the season. 19th.
Geordie Ahmed
As things stand we will be relegated because Rafa will walk and rightly so if there isn't significant transfers made. A happy Rafa indicates we will get transfers so comfortable mid-table.
Ketsbaia
If Rafa stays, can see us around 16th. If he goes, clear relegation.
xLiaaamx
Might as well liqiudate the club. Everything is awful forever.
Away Toon
I don't see how anybody is expected to vote before the transfer window closes, and we see who we have bought, and who is the manager.
Dave
Anywhere between 9th and 14th.

nemtizz
If we sign a decent keeper, CDM, striker and LB then 12th and up.
Dan Gleebals
Based on nothing other than hope. 9th

Altamullan
Just 'sneaked' achieved with absolutely perfect timing, my target for last season. Top ten finish is my target/ambition for this season. I am just not that lucky, so imagine we'll just miss out: 11th.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
If Rafa stays anywhere from 8th-13th, if he goes I think its nailed on relegation, so went for 15th because I'm not sure We could be going into the season with Colback as a starting CM still, if that happens then best will be 15th even with Rafa. Leazes_End_Mag
Rafa stays - Anywhere from 10th-15th. Rafa leaves - 20th
Shelveys Hair
I voted 7th I have no logical way to justify that other than 7th stuck out and blind optimism. What I will say though is the difference between this squad and the one that went down is now we have a team, whereas before it was all individuals. We can score from corners and freekicks when it looked alien to us before. Its going to be a long hard season and I will be happy to just stay up, but I think with all the money spent in the PL there will be a lot of players that need time to settle in with some of the other clubs. Maybe giving us a little advantage.
midds
I think we've got 14th written all over us, that's assuming we get a few more in akin to Murphy and Lejeune.
Shelveys Hair
I did have a theory a few years ago that Newcastle's bad luck was down to the many times we started the league table at 13th, depending on what clubs are in the league.
