WarrenBartonCentrePartin
What a load of s*** that is anyway. Applauding him for what? Well done for being racially abused lad, well done. I remember reading on RTG someone reckoned they should get some sort of recognition for being, and I quote, "less racist"

BeloEmre
Don't think this is a game for Ferguson tbh. Let him start against Club Brugge instead.
madras
Krul Simpson Taylor Coloccini Santon Jonas Tiote Cabaye Ben Arfa Ba Ferguson cabaye tiote jonas, but i agree with the XI. cabaye and jonas to be allowed to push on as opposed to jonas tucking in with tiote too much

Guest Roy the Irish Magpie
Don't think this is a game for Ferguson tbh. Let him start against Club Brugge instead. I would be disappointed if I see him play. Slate me all you want but I don't think he's good enough particularly for matches of big magnitude like this and Man Utd. Maybe in the future, just maybe. I'm disappointed enough that Harper is likely gonna be the keeper in goal, he's more than capable of a complete fuck up.

ohmelads
The strength of backing for Rose after his ordeal will be illustrated by a show of solidarity from Newcastle's supporters who are planning to applaud the fullback when he comes on to the pitch. From The Telegraph. Are we? No chance of that happening. It's nowt to do with us, why would we applaud him, and for what? Completely mad suggestion. Mick
I've gone from expecting a defeat to now expecting a win, having Taylor, Coloccini and Krul in the team is a massive game changer for us.
Fenham Mag
Tiote and Cabaye need to keep a hold of their emotions. Can see one of the 2 being sent off.

Guest Roy the Irish Magpie
Krul back! Delighted if he's playing. Mind I used to think Krul was a bit shit, I'm red faced over that one now.

themanupstairs
It makes sense for Pardew to keep his cards close to his chest as far as the injuries go. If this was a home game, and all 3 were back, he would have said they were. Seeing as it's away and won't affect ticket sales, he's keeping quiet. Fingers crossed. Rich
Loved that game. It felt like genuine "going places" optimism for the first time in years. Great atmosphere and we absolutely fingered them from start to finish. That's by far our best song as well.
madras
just do that old gallowgate thing they did to the keepers Is that the thing HTT talked about when they bought fruit from sellers on Starwberry place? no. we would applaud the keeper as he made his way to the box, then when he reached the 6yd box everyone would jeer and give him the V's. back in the day there was often some good banter with the keepers, i remember bob bolder, feet on the ground, gripping the cross bar and swinging back and forth.
