Providing he's in the clear he'd improve our team no end regardless of which position he played in attack. You all saw the feeding frenzy when jfk mispronounced a few names and 'Shearer's' was renamed. I can't imagine the reaction if we sign what turns out to be a 'guilty' rapist. Dude is lame. Easy for us to sit here and proclaim moral decency but it's different for young footballers who get offered loads of cash. He has no affiliation for Newcastle, we do. Very true, also seems to be an over estimation on our boardrooms pride. If Remy is available at a good price we'll certainly be looking. That Ashley had a bad experience with Barton, and as a result would be the last owner to want to take a chance with Remy. Not that I think any other owner would, at this point.
