This seems like a decent summary of Garde (from a Spurs fan admittedly):

Tactically flexible, sound experience at youth and academy level and a preference for possession-based football, but supposedly horrendous at the back. May also be willing to work under the various constraints of our system as apparently Lyon's owner (Aulas?) has been asset-stripping over the last few years.

OL were fun to watch everytime I saw them in the CL under Garde. That's all I can say.

'fun', doesnt sound too good! the African nations cup goalkeepers are 'fun to watch'

I do think an African nation cup pitch adds to the fun value

Journo at BBC Radio Derby:

I understand that Steve McClaren has spoken to Derby County CEO Sam Rush this evening and reiterated his commitment to the club. McClaren has told Rush that he is categorically going nowhere. You'll hear from Sam Rush on @BBCDerby tomorrow morning. Quotes to come.
