The other games today - 2012/13

These people that are saying that 'nothing has changed' after losing a +10 goal difference in one round of games are both stupid and annoying.

Exactly, it's mental. We're now one place above the relegation zone with three games left coming off a f***ing pasting at home whilst Villa just took apart a rival and moved up a place. Thought our lot were nervy in recent weeks? Try now they're staring down the barrel.

The difference in momentum is like night and day.

Just got to hope we come out how we did at West Brom. Hopefully now there's been a realisation we're in the shit and we need to go for points.

Wigan win two were done.

Wigan have been playing really well and were unlucky against Man City, Spurs and West Ham.  If anybody thinks we're safe they should be certified.

Nothing's changed in so much as we need the same points to stay up that we needed at 8pm.

Wigan's game against Swansea is far more important than tonight's game.

Well that's not right is it? If we'd finished on the same amount of points as Villa and stayed up on goal difference. Huge difference.

Psychologically it's gargantuan.

Moral is quickly sinking if Wigan won at Swansea and we lost at west ham , i am afraid the QPR game would be too easy to fuck up. Too much pressure

A spokesman said: "This is the one thing we didn't want to happen."

:spit:

One of the funniest things I've seen on tv, and perfectly apt.

We're after your help too. Security footage of a buffoon disguised as a coach. He's been getting away with it in Newcastle for over two years. Do you know him, have you seen him? Please call.

Wigan are going down though. So yes, the difference is minimal.

Guess we just have to hope Wigan don't pick up any more points.

Teams/fans will want to see us go down instead of Wigan, no doubt about it. Wouldn't be surprised if West Ham/QPR come out motivated with the incentive of trying to relegate us.

I'm already mentally preparing for the drop now. I suggest everyone else does the same!

At least our next game isn't against a team containing ex-players with a point to prove. Oh, wait....

nah that won't be a problem. a problem would be if they had an ex-manager of ours who ruined any reputation he had and got sacked. oh, wait....
