He plays possession based football which is exactly what McClaren tried to play and had to scrap after a month. We dont have the players for it. No manger is suited to the players we have I was looking at the bigger picture and the type of footy that goes down well in all the years I've been following them. Don't think he's possession obsessed and always moves the ball forward quickly IMO. One of the few teams I enjoy watching in the league despite the results.
