Naughton's red card has been rescinded.

So that's two first-half sendings off they have benefitted from, both later revoked. We're the jammy ones though.

Just watched this. Christ.

Who's this lad who had the worst debut ever?

The defender they got from Bayern. He had a shocker.

Aye, didn't close down for one of Spurs' goals, gave away a penalty, then on one of the clearances he got lucky that he never scored an own goal (commentators said he did well to turn it behind for a corner).

He was truly awful. Got to say,the penalty he gave away was stupid, but the thing the mackems need to worry about most is his body language in deflecting the eriksen shot. Watch him closely, it's like he doesn't give a shit, so lazy, not sure why he bothered to sign for the club, it's obvious from that he doesn't want to play for them.

Yeah watched that, proper school yard behaviour, "aye have a shot im not blocking it" attitude while sort of sticking a leg out. Certainly anything but committed.

Swansea reject €17m Sunderland offer for André Ayew, Chelsea & Leicester have made enquiries, according to L'Équipe goo.gl/BLokSi

Teams don't bid if they haven't had encouragement, even Sunderland.

Ayew must be very desperate. Suprised we aren't after him.

Tbf we'd never pay that sort of money for a player that was out of contract in the summer. Swansea continue to baffle me however.

Read yesterday that Swansea had secured Ayew and Gomis by offering them astronomical signing on fees.  Like £8m a piece

Also read that clubs like Swansea are not in a healthy financial position.  Most of their budgets go on player wages (or signing on fees!) so it's not like they can just go out and buy 3 or 4 players to dig them out of a relegation scrap.  They're in a position now where they either make do with their current squad or sell to buy.  Selling Ayew and Gomis would give them a lot of room to maneuver at the expense of losing one of their best players.  It's a tough decision to make.

Wasnt it Douglas who said they were asking us for something like £5m signing on fees at the time?

Not sure what they are thinking about if they are willing to listen to offers all over the squad, unless Huw is planning to do an Oyston on them when they get relegated
