toontownman
Will be interesting to see who he tries to grab from his Derby pool of players. Saw them play a bit last year, have family that watch them a bit and live in Derby. I'd take Johnson and Ince. Pretty much it though. Russell is essentially a little bit better version of gouffran, very hard working, quick..wouldnt be the worst squad player. Martin is slow as fuck.. the second coming of Micky Quinn. Bent found his level in the championship Thorne is highly thought of but has been crocked forever. Really wouldn't touch anyone else.

Surely we know how it works by now for God sake P.S. Like the look of Will Hughes & Jeff Hendrick myself
Ketsbaia
That's the thing - we dwell on Derby's freefall but, to be honest, their squad wasnt that good to begin with. By setting the pace for so long, they were overachieving.
The Prophet
That Derby squad is a lot stronger than the likes of Brentford, Ipswich and even Bournemouth. There's also some serious bollocks being spouted above about individual players. You could literally do it with any team: Oh Costa is good but he's injured all the time, Matic is just a better version of Tiote. As for that John Terry he's not very fast, it would be like the return of Sol Campbell!

Guest chicken little
shite at centre-half, still probably better there than anyone we have currently
Klaus
Bye bye Janmaat We do love a good cut price downgrade. Another player we wouldn't bother touching if he wasn't on a free. He's not shit, but his injury record is nearly Bantz level.

He's not shit, but his injury record is nearly Bantz level. He's just not a player we should be looking at. He is injury prone and we already have a better right back at the club. He's a poor centre half but an upgrade on what we have. Ah well, we've appointed McClaren on a similar basis.
Wallace
Oh great another player who will spend more time in the treatment room than on the pitch.
Ronaldo
I heard Richards being interviewed on Talksport last week. Fair to say he's not very bright. Him and Saylor could make a right Cuckoo's Nest CB pairing.

Guest zicomartin
So Carr forces through the appointment of a manager who promptly does a Redknapp and signs all his old players and ignoring all of Carr's recommendations. Awesome. No doubt he will add insult to injury by benching our best player too (DJ). Micah Richards played 9 out of 18 of McClarens England games. Cant wait for Peter Crouch and Gareth f***ing Barry. jdckelly
bit of a gamble considering his injury record but probably one worth taking, our homegrown numbers are fairly low too iirc so this would help too

Deuce
Somehow, Richards is only 27 years old (birthday in a few weeks). His body has the mileage of a man twice his age. Janmaat out, Richards in, with no contingency plan for a player who will absolutely get injured. Back to playing Anita/Colback at fullback. Fucking woo.
