These Italians dont mess about, the season has just ended and they are all changing managers

I always remember growing up watching Football Italia in the 90s and being amazed when it got to March and there'd be a lot of "Trappatoni is coaching against the team he'll manage next season" and the like and thinking what is this world

Looking like West ham are binning Nuno, they don't have a fucking clue do they 🤣

Unless he wants out, that would be a very dumb move. He'd have them promoted by March I reckon.

Athletic put out a brutal hit peice on him yesterday which was clearly leaked by someone at West Ham. Made it sound like players, coaches and board hated him.

It'll be about money, I'm sure Nuno wouldn't have went there for cheap given how desperate they were looking.

Apparently he has a clause that allows them to sack him for nowt in the case of relegation.

Still don't feel like the bloom has come of the rose with Nuno. Walked into a bad situation at West Ham, did great at Forest and was always a nuisance to us (until last week).

Palace and Bournemouth could do a lot worse.

He's the highest paid manager in their history.

Watch him rock up at Wolves again, he's better than Edwards.

That use of the handshake emoji has me rattled for some reason and I've honestly no idea why. Really given me the ick.

No brainer. Historic Club. Who would want to go to Palace? Steve Parish is tighter than a nuns' chuff.

Palace are a hideous club with rather bizarre fans.

Very smart move by West Ham that, can only assume they're not that up the creek financially or will be able to get by with the standard sales you'd expect them to make and will be able to run a decent squad and/or Nuno's had assurances/the wool pulled over his eyes. Could equally be a shit or bust move and they need to come straight back up or they're in real bother.

Think they'll sign some players like Solly March, PL players who would maybe drop a division for a year and be a good squad player when they return.

Yeah that's a cracking shout. Wonder if Leicester have already been on the phone asking if they fancy taking Harry Winks and his £90k a week off their hands. The "knowing West Ham...." jokes write themselves

Hey, East Croydon has very fast trains to central London. And Italian restaurants.

Get the feeling Iraola would rather stay in England if he got the right club. I think the pace of the game suits his style more.

I thought he genuinely had something lined up that would get announced this week
