Yep. getting rid of a manager is the easy part, finding a half decent one to replace is the tricky part.

Watching their highlights from yesterday.  It almost seems harsh to sack him after that.  But he's been a dead man walking for ages.  Horrendous from the board to keep him on after last season and the summer where they couldn't find anyone.  So he sort just ended up staying by default.  

 

The fact they have continually backed him in the transfer market.  Spending eye watering amounts on what look like his choices and overall, over-paying for bang average players.  Is absolutely mental! 

 

They'll improve, I'm sure.  So it's a bit annoying.  I was hoping he would hang around all season.
