Paully
Ahaaaa, so Lee Ryder a respected, in-the-know journalist now then? He's absolutely brilliant. I hope not......... @lee_ryder: Despite reports this morning told that Alan Pardew's job not under any immediate threat at #nufc

I read an article, see red and start hammering away at the keyboard. After pressing submit, I normally end up sitting red-faced, angry and breathless with no memory of what I've even typed. BlueStar
Speaking for the first time since the window slammed shut at the end of last month Pardew insisted Newcastle have thrived to replace the pair with better players. It's like trying to decipher an ancient text reading a Ryder article, I presume he means strived? Or we've thrived and replaced them with better players? Jimburst
I sat looking at that for a while. Also: 'Ben Arfa was loaned to Hull City while Yanga-Mbiwa signed for AS Roma until the end of the season and Pardew pointed to their previous performance. When it was suggested their departures would not affect Newcastle too much, he said today: “Correct. “And their record suggests were they going to feature this year?”' What the fuck does that mean? Fucking Ryder interpreting Pardew is like the blind leading the blind.
AyeDubbleYoo
I love how not picking them before is a good reason to let them go. Seems two wrongs do make a right. Shit, I just joined in with some Pardew quote analysis!

I don't care what position Pardew played him in he needs to work harder. His attitude is wrong and its hardly as if his attitude being wrong is a new thing. Don't forget how he ended up at Newcastle in the first place.

Mr. Snrub
Whoever's daft enough to go to Hull, get the HBA chant going as much as possible. Make it clear who it is we don't want here. We have Sammy Ameobi and Obertan in the squad instead of the most naturally gifted player we've had since SBR was gaffer.
Ronaldo
Robert left under Souness, but I agree in spirit.

Ronaldo
I think so, yes. I've never seen anyone strike a football better for us, and as frequently to the team's huge benefit. Robert naturally had absolutely everything I'd want from a winger and more.

James
Agree with Ronaldo that Robert is better than Ben Arfa. They are too very different players but SBR found the magic formula to make Robert perform consistently. Tbh I think HBA would have struggled to break into that team. It behind have been between him and dyer, and dyer in his pomp was going to be Gazza's replacement for England, he was great for us under SBR.
