'Kind of vomit consumers that spend £60 on an NUFC with Colback in it'.

Ah aye, forgot watching your team was a resounding vote of confidence for every player within it. Sure our fans of the early 90s saw Barry Venison as a superior alternative to Franco Baresi.

Four paragraphs of unmitigated wet.

Was one of many perfectly reasonable Newcastle fans who probably spent the best part of £100 watching us at Norwich at the weekend. Surprisingly they weren't all doylums handing over cash on the off chance of seeing Jack Colback in the flesh.

This is a thread in which grown men are labelling an individual God, someone who cared about NUFC roughly as much as his compatriot Moussa Sissoko. We've even got people talking about becoming full-time Nice fans and the like. Unbelievable scouse-esque behaviour on display everywhere.

I don't really give a shit how much he 'cared about NUFC'. He cared about playing football and expressing himself. He cared about beating opponents and scoring goals.

I've never been one to criticise fellow fans, they can do what they want. I went to a game myself when I was last in Newcastle. But I don't think anyone could criticise anyone for being overly negative at the moment.

Ben Arfa cared a hell of a lot more then Sissoko ever has, and actually had some talent to go with it, he would have been a legend here if it wasn't for some arshole.

Shola's Colback alarm going off again. Ben Arfa gave far more of a shit about NUFC than that runt.

Were you the fan that kept hold of the ball?

He's just narked he backed the disease riddled Pardew horse.

EDIT: Irony of our fans holding on to the ball for too long just before a goal is not lost in thread either.

In getting rid of Ben Arfa? Please evidence if you're going to try and point score.

If you think any of that is anything more than tongue in cheek exaggeration then I've given you far too much credit in the past.

As for the comment about those with Colback on their shirts, where does that say it's all Newcastle fans? It's on about those that didn't like HBA, who gave more in most matches than Colback has in his time here. Once again you're on the wrong side of hindsight.

Pardew aside and given what we've brought in. Ridding ourselves of the likes of him, mbiwa and santon was fucking madness.

Given the situation at left back over the last two years, flogging Santon is up there with getting rid of Ben Arfa. Rank incompetence.

Can't have young foreign lads at the club who've settled in the area and are starting to build up an affinity with the club and its supporters.

Wasn't too arsed about him leaving tbh but not buying a left-back to replace him was scandalous.

All part of Pardew's legacy. Remember those youngsters from the Academy set to come through who Pardew promised us we'd be "very excited" about whilst he was gutting our squad and freezing out Abeid, Santon, Ben Arfa, M'Bwia?
