Newcastle Fan
Did really well today and ran his socks off, looks like he only plays in the second half of the season.

TRon
Did really well today and ran his socks off, looks like he only plays in the second half of the season. Enjoying a four month siesta for the first half as can only be expected from the tapas twerking twat.
Raconteur
The soft thing is amusing because he's clearly fighting for every ball. He's also a good one for getting frustrated with getting nothing from the ref and kicks the shit out of people. Sure, he should have got a second yellow, but he knew he was safe after de Bruyne got away with a second-yellow-worthy challenge seconds earlier. xLiaaamx
Second half of the season he seems to just flick a switch and become a different player
Aiston
Yet another very good game from him.
DJ_NUFC
His role for the penalty-winning attack has to be applauded. Brought the ball down well, flicked it forward, ran into space, etc.

Guest Howaythetoon
So much stronger on the ball even when challenged, when he has time and space, he can play. Immense tonight.
AyeDubbleYoo
I'm convinced the stick he gets is mainly due to those situations where he gets the ball and runs into a defender on the half turn, falls over and loses it. When he minimises that he's pretty good.
Doug
Tried hard and played well as usual. (tin hat on)
Infinitely Content
He’s class at taking the ball under pressure and turning his man. Him & Rondon were fantastic last night I thought.
Odear
Think his place in the side is safe. It’ll be Atsu making way for Almiron I reckon.
AyeDubbleYoo
You can't take him out for Almiron, purely for all the work he does. Also, imagine being Perez and grafting for months, then being dropped as soon as we get a single other attacker in the team

KaKa
Almiron and Perez just off Rondon in the 3-4-2-1 setup could be pretty sweet. Especially if we land the attacking left wing back from Italy and he settles well too.

Ikon
Think he'll be a lot better with some pace around him. Will get more space and movement/options around him hopefully.
Yorkie
Been impressed with Atsu, he's improved a lot at certain aspects. His end product is absolute pants though.
Dinho lad
You can't take him out for Almiron, purely for all the work he does. Also, imagine being Perez and grafting for months, then being dropped as soon as we get a single other attacker in the team Almiron, just like any other player of his standard, will first need to understand Rafa's instructions before playing regularly. I doubt Perez will be dropped for him (rightly so). This is particularly more so since traditionally Rafa's teams, in the latter stages of a season, finish strongly with a settled line-up.
