City's best results have come with 2 in midfield capable of sitting simultaneously. Even Spurs look better with 2 players comfortable in defensive situations. For me, getting the most out of this current team is about getting the most from Siss which will create space for the forwards. I think he's best with a licence to attack from deep. Playing in a midfield 2 he'll either have to play more conservatively which might hinder his game or more likely - become a bit of a liability on the ball.
