I still hate him. He sent a team out tonight which realistically had no chance to beat City, he put a couple of first team members in there to say he tried. It backfired on him, the lads he sent out were up for it, their youth and enthusiasm combined with some luck won us the match. Like every result we get we got despite Pardew not because of him. If Man City had have scored from the free kick they had before we scored then his keep it tight and hit them on the break plan would never have taken off, he had no game plan apart from hoping to hit them on the counter. As luck has it worked for us today.

Todays result to me shows me 1 key thing, our squad has more potential than Pardew's tactics/management.

Might as well say you looked out the window this morning and learned the fucking sky is blue.

Someone has just commented this on my FB status re:Pardew

He's proven over his career that he's incompetent? So that means he can't be a good manager? Ever? Give over.

The football we played when we got in Europe... Got us in Europe. Over 38 games, it's not a fluke! He obviously has some tactical nous about him. Regardless if you win by 6 goals or 1, you still win. No style? I think he does have a style of football. He tends to work hard on defence, playing from the back. 1 striker up top, attacking players around him to provide support. Yes he hasn't got it perfect, but it got us to Europe. It got us in the top 10 and it's getting us results when the whole world is against him. Not bad for someone who hasn't got a clue

Now... You say my comment is the most pathetic? Yet you have just said the Newcastle Job is the easiest in the world? Says no manager ever! Ask all that have fallen before him? Easiest job my arse.

It's never his fault? So thousands of people creating banners for Pardew out. And protests for Pardew to be sacked, and you say it's never his fault?

The problem with you and the majority of our fans is that you think we are a big club. A big club that should be fighting for titles and trophies. Yeah we might break into Europe (which Pardew has done) yeah we might have a decent cup run, which he is also doing, but we will never win titles. Or trophies. And we don't deserve too. And the quicker fans realise that, the better. We sack Pardew and who do we get? Realistically? Moyes? Who worked under similar conditions at Everton and probably wouldn't want to return to that. The fact is, yeah he's not the best manager in the world, never said he was. But for the time being, he's the best he and probably anyone else, could do. Until we get taken over by a middle eastern billionaire who's prepared to splash millions, we will never compete. Never have a high profile manager and never win honours.

You talk about Ben Arfa... He came out and said Pardew is a great manager, and he's the right person for Newcastle? So how do you explain that? Someone who has apparently been drove out the club, then comes out and says the manager is great? Cabaye also saying he's one of the best managers he's worked with? It's typical that you give him no praise for the last few results, but he deserves it. The tactics, the decisions and his determination is what the club needs.

I'm just so  I haven't got it in me to reply.

I couldn't help but converse. He's just came out with a classic:

It can't get much worse? Nope. Could be Leeds. Or Wolves. Or Nottingham Forest. Zzzzzzzzzzz

What is wrong with these people?

It was interesting that when Ryan Taylor was asked about how he must have appreciated Pardew's support as a manager, even he deflected it to say that the whole staff needed credit. Even more funny when Sissoko scored a wonder goal and Pardew raised his arm like Caesar to accept the credit for another goal from nowhere.

whatever else he's definetely managed to put some desire and motivation back in the players, i suspect this is a direct result of the campaign against him and his attempt to "fight back" through hard work etc.

so far i'd argue he's got lucky with the teams we've played when we've played them, and also with the players digging him out when he needed it (cisse back from injury, aarons & perez kids out of nowhere thrown on etc.)

if he doesn't realise now, for the hundredth fucking time, that his way doesn't work but attacking and scoring goals does then we'll just end up back where we were when the players get sick of it again and stop bailing him out

also if he's not starting at least 2-3 of aarons, ameobi, perez & cabella vs. liverpool then we'll know all we need to know about the man as these lads have more or less saved his job

i expect him to revert to type

oh and plus we were awful vs. leicester and never, ever play well at home under this cunt, his entire strategy is suited for away games of which we've just played 2 very favourable ones

I despise that argument. Similar argument to when a player leaves a club he has no affiliation with to get more money at another club he has no affiliation with. Stupid argument made by stupid people.

As for Pardew, he got incredibly lucky last night. Surprised we managed to win considering we didn't have Gouffran's excellent defensive effort or Mike Williamson's set penis routine. It was almost as if they did the opposite of what Pardew told them to do.

Steve Wraith somehow made it onto Five Live to defend him just now, his argument being 'who else would work for Ashley' etc.

Well he's right there. Llambias being installed at Rangers shows that Ashley is only ever going to hire people who'll work to put more money in his pocket and if the football club stays above water  that's a bonus.

Guest Roger Kint

Just looked on twitter for the first tme in a month. Truly vomit inducing some of the shit on there. As well as Barclay being his usual arsewipe self theres dickhead fans saying 'i wonder how the people who attacked Pardew and his family feel now' and loads more acting as though Pardew is a great manager on the back of a few results. Clearly the previous 80 odd are now forgotten. Wankers!
