Collage
It blatantly is, just not yet. Quite clearly nothing would make Ashley sack Pardew. That's not true at all. He will get sacked at some point. Without a doubt And you base this on? Absolutely nothing suggests it.
Darth Crooks
Alan Pardew: "When I came into the ground and looked up, the big TV in the corner looked a bit vulnerable - I thought ’how’s that appeared?’ Wat

I think the forum can do without absurd comments like this. Absurd? I'll tell you what's absurd; that Alan Pardew is still the manager of Newcastle United. He's obviously untouchable. George Bailey
It blatantly is, just not yet. Quite clearly nothing would make Ashley sack Pardew. That's not true at all. He will get sacked at some point. Without a doubt Would agree 100% with a normal. sane owner. Not sure I have much faith in Ashley to do the right thing, or why he would want too at this point... The words of Lambeezee keep coming back to haunt me...'no idea how nasty we can be' wasn't it....or something similar. At the moment he has his stooge manager. Cheap as well. Doing just enough to keep the money rolling in and not asking for money to be spent etc. Perfect for Ashley's intentions for the club: IE to make him money and be a highly visible advert for his tawdry company. No great, angry clamour from the majority of the match going fanbase to have him removed (not in terms of affecting gates/sales of merchandise and stuff that matters to MA anyway). OK the knowledgable or old style fanbase have cottoned onto it all but we don't matter to him. He wants rid of us anyway imo and to have the ground full of those merely attending to view 'something', could be anything for most of 'em. It just happens to be football and just happens to be NUFC but it isn't the kind of support traditionally associated with the game for the past 50-60 years...Maybe it's just the way of things all over in that respect. At some point he will leave I agree but I'm not convinced it will be this season. Not convinced at all.
Hanshithispantz
He'll sack him or he'll walk if our fans get involved on a weekly basis and show unequivocally that he isn't welcome, similar to what happened against Cardiff at home last year and to an extent Stoke away this year. If it continues in fits and spurts (along with our form) then he's safe as houses though.
Wullie
Doing just enough to keep the money rolling in Not at present he isn't, having had arguably the easiest start in the division (only Man Utd could claim an easier one). A serious relegation threat is the only thing that will remove him. All this they've spun over the years about there being a minimum acceptable position is complete rubbish, the minimum (for both Ashley and a great deal of our fans) is 17th, but he will go if that starts to look unlikely. Even then when the best teams turn up, it has to be at least 4-0 for the masses not to celebrate "giving a good account of ourselves".
Ronaldo
I'm convinced it's one of the reasons Ashley chose NUFC. Submissive, weak, blindly loyal pliable fans. Pathetic bunch in all honesty.

Ronaldo
I'm telling it like it is. There's no way this nonsense would be allowed to happen at clubs like Liverpool, Spurs, Man U, Everton or even fucking Villa.

DJ_NUFC
All good points. I have no idea what's happened to our support, we should be like how the Villa fans were to get Ellis out, they were out marching every fucking week.

DJ_NUFC
Aye, but then you seem to be forgetting sackpardew.com. Who're keeping the torch alive, at least. I hope their goal of enlightening the masses succeeds, so far seems to have only resulted in unnecessary divisions within the support, bizarrely. I hope they keep going and not let this get them down.
midds
Still maintain the mutes who sit there, week after week, watching this turgid shit without speaking out are a massive hindrance to the club. Loyalty is great but being so loyal that you accept any old toss served up without question or criticism benefits no-one. Can't bring themselves to hear a word said against the club or the people representing it out of myopic devotion. A complete lack of critical thinking and a propensity to repeatedly and willingly gollop down this pigshit without question or debate. A significant proportion of our fans are thick fucking arseholes.
Hhtoon
Someone describe the Steve Stone thing in a little more detail please. Search for their names on google and you'll find a clip. Just seen it. It was even more bizarre than I imagined. Proper pushes/throws Stone to the ground, face contorted with what looks like rage. Then just walks off without looking back. This guy has got some issues. It's actually rather disturbing, made worse by the way Stone is almost cuddling him in a submissive fashion, face down. Then thrown to the floor by a snarling Pards and just disappears from view.

DJ_NUFC
That's gotto be the most insane things he's done, and that's saying something. I keep rewatching it and he looks more and more vicious each time. What a snarling, angry, smug piece of shit of a man.
Guest firetotheworks
I've said it a million times before, but the main problem (from our perspective) with these people is that they hold the very thing that we criticise them for as a badge of honour. oldtype
He'll be sacked in a second if he ever criticizes or disagrees with Ashley. Otherwise he could relegate us straight down to the conference and stay bulletproof.
Guest firetotheworks
He's criticised Ashley a couple of times. There's no way he'll be manager if we're in danger of being relegated (in Ashley's mind)
Wullie
Ashley still thinks there's enough in the squad to finish 17th regardless of what the manager does. Sadly having seen some of the other teams in the division, I fear he might be right.
