Can play well in a variety of positions. He's tactically more flexible than I thought. He's some how better at dictating the play than Isco (who is immense) and also better at fast transitions. He keeps the ball moving so well. His influence on a game is greater than Bale too. I really liked him at the WC and I thought he was strict #10 but he's been even better for Real. That's because Isco can't dictate play. James has far more to his game than him in that regard. Only really appreciated that this season. Isco's style is very pleasing on the eye but James is on another level. Seem to recall you finding my notion that Isco isn't a playmaker to be laughable. Another L for TCD.
