So disheartening watching us move the ball so poorly, I love Foden and technically he’s probably our best player but we’re not seeing it from him right now. I don’t think it’s his fault, I think we’re just not playing in a fluid way when we attack with the ball, our movement is static, we’re looking at long balls rather than quick ten yard passes where we stretch them. Feels like we’re watching the England team that I’ve grown up watching through the late 90s, 00s and early 10s

By the sound of it I'm glad I stopped watching England matches back at the south Africa world cup. After that England USA match I went fuck it and haven't watched them since except for the final and even then I thought now I remember why I stopped.
