Had Poland (won 5-0), Austria or Draw (won 2-1) and Germany or Draw in a bet at odds of 2.06. I cashed out for a few cents less than what I would have won after Germany got their 2nd  Thank fuck

I had a similar issue once with an online casino account (Casino.com), they offered me a matched bonus up to £50 which I took. The terms were that I needed to stake 50x the bonus before I could withdraw it and my winnings (£2,500). After playing for a while I had managed to stake the required amount and had won £600, so I withdrew it.

One week later and no money in my bank, I phoned customer services and was fobbed off with an excuse about it processing. Within an hour of that call I received an email with a similar clause to the one in that article, saying I had abused the bonus and they would refund my initial £50 but not pay out my winnings.

I phoned them and kicked off, they then sent me a further email advising that this bonus is classed as "abused" if you spin stakes of £1 or more. So effectively, you need to stake £2,500 with 50p spins or less (5,000 spins). My argument was the same as what you just said, if I wasn't allowed to stake £1 or more, then why did it let me?

I complained to IBAS (independent complaints for gambling) who sent me a letter 6 weeks later saying there is nothing they can do.

Absolutely ridiculous, basically makes the sign up bonuses unwinnable and irrelevant, I've not used any other gambling account since other than William Hill (who I'm a "gold customer" with and receive great service/bonuses).

Hearing things like this more and more. Such companies shouldn't be allowed to flood the market if they keep ripping customers off like this. Basically they're only happy if you're losing, you're not allowed to win.

Unfortunately, due to my matched betting habit, I'm one of them! Assuming they refund my deposit I would stand to lose £168. (If not, it would be £393! :( )

Not the worse but still annoying.

Pack of b******s.

This is fucking scandalous. How can there not be a law against this? Unreal.

That's fucking disgraceful like, absolute cunts. If your bet breaks their rules then you shouldn't physically be allowed to place it.

Yes, of course. But nah, matched betting, whilst frowned upon by bookies, is not breaking the rules.

In fact, all of my winnings were derived from the qualifying bets, not the free bets.

Well anyway, I've submitted a complaint to the IBAS. We'll see how it goes.

Wankers.

Caen 3/1 away to Toulouse. 4/5 double chance last time I checked. They are 6th, Toulouse 19th. Only including them in my bets for value, no way should a team battling for EL v a relegation side be 3/1.

What do you have to do to be a gold customer and what can of offers and bonus' do you get?
