Newcastle United 3-3 Manchester United - 12/1/16 - Post-match reaction from p54

First time Colback has been subbed?!

Been subbed in like our last three games I think

Ah, okay. Hopefully now he can sit permanently. People should be seriously offended that guy is playing in the Prem and earning what he does. It really is really baffling. He wouldn't stand out if you put him in a league two or conference side. Nothing player.

Even when the entire team could smell blood and we're gunning forward he's stood spinning on the centre circle completely stopping the passage of play and passes back. Such a nothing, waste of a shirt, frustratingly shit, he needs to be nailed to that bench from here on in.

Confused at all the "Colo was class" comments. The Lingard goal was a prime example of him being way off the pace and getting done like a kipper when he finally catches up.

He was to blame there but he made some class challenges and his distribution was really good tonight.

not to mention that he seems to be chasing from behind most of the time.

Aye, he was terrible for that goal. Would say he redeemed himself after though.

He was basically good in midfield. He's too lightweight for the back line though.

He wasn't perfect, doesn't mean he didn't do a lot right, played very well overall.

At 2-2 I was screaming at the telly, but the crowd were as flat as a witches tit. If we'd gone at them then, like we should have we could well have won.

Totally agree

Bit disappointed with a point really, we should have got stuck right into them at 2-2 and pushed for a winner. The game was crying out for a substitute at that point, Marveaux would've been perfect imo to slot a defence splitting pass through their back line.

Hey, I've got a really good idea......

How does van Gaal come out of that bitter about the refereeing?  He must think the ref has some nerve to give any decisions against them.

As well as their very dubious penalty, Mike Dean denies a stonewall pen for us that's probably a red card for Lingaard if given.  That same player goes up the other end and scores a second goal.  Fellaini should have been sent off three times over, like usual.  He didn't even agree with our penalty despite a clear foul by Smalling and thinks it's not a foul because Mitro tries to shake him off, after practically being Rugby tackled.  Even with that said, Smalling nearly pulled the shirt of his back by the end of it.
