Doumbia got 30 mins over 3 games and written off Well the reason that you said, Gayle has shown potential in Premier League by having something like a 1 in 3 record in the Premier League, whereas Doumbia hasn't done anything in a top league. Rafa was manager of our club for about 2 months at the end of the season and didn't even include him in a squad after his first game. He had Obertan on the bench before him. Gayle wasn't available back when we signed Doumbia. We went with Mitro and Perez to provide the goals ahead of Doumbia probably because they were considered our assets over the longer term.
