cp40
they are an odd bunch. they were literally calling for 8-0 and 9-0 on total sport through the week, to avenge the 8-0. it sounded like none of them could consider losing, survival was done- and they were a big club again , even their players were too excited after what was clearly an odd half against Palace. afar
Strange how they can go from a fantastic result away from home last week to this, sign of a relegation team for sure but still fighting since no one else won down there, not a lot of harm done. TheInfiniteOdyssey
Genuinely didn't know Pienaar or Darren Gibson still played football.

shintonsghost
Genuinely didn't know Pienaar or Darren Gibson still played football. Gibson did ok actually. They were the better team for the first half hour but the Saints took the chance and then controlled it.The results may have meant not too much damage on the face of it but mentally it will hurt them.still bottom , another game gone and fuck me how those fans abandoned ship on 75mins. Leazes_End_Mag
Said it since after Moyes threw in the towel post Boro on the 2nd weekend of the season that this is the year they'll go. Feeling more confident about it every week that goes by, even after they scrape a odd point here and there on a rare occasion.

Paullow
What do we reckon is the worst outcome for Sunderland in the Swansea-Leicester game? A draw will be best for them, but not sure which will be worse if either win.
AyeDubbleYoo
Just a win for either really, hard to say with so long to go. I would say Swansea look better than Leicester at the moment though. Sunderland will go down anyway TBH.
frankpingel
Still believe Leicester will pull through so Swansea win for me.
Skeletor
Sunderland will stay up again. They are being massively let off the hook by the other teams around them.
