geordiedean
So are we expecting a busy week of exciting incomings? Or more of the same? I would not be surprised at all if the 31st of Jan comes and we've not signed a single player

sempuki
From the Guardian: Firmin Ndombe Mubele, Rennes When Mubele arrived in France last year, it was hoped that the forward who began his career at Congolese side Vita before moving to Qatar could go some way to replacing Ousmane Dembélé after his move to Borussia Dortmund. But while Dembélé now finds himself the second most expensive player in history following his switch to Barcelona, the DRC international took time to settle in Ligue 1 yet has now established himself as a key component of Sabri Lamouchi’s side having scored five goals in just 12 league starts, including one against Paris Saint-Germain. That has attracted interest from several clubs at the lower end of the Premier League, with Newcastle, West Brom, Swansea and Bournemouth among those keen on signing him. With goals at a premium in the fight against relegation, promising Young Boys striker Jean-Pierre Nsame could be another option for any of them. Estimated value £10m

Ankles Bennett
Why can't we agree transfers before Jan. Liverpool have agreed deal for van dijk and Everton have agreed deal to sign cenk to sun. We don't even seem to start looking for players until the window opens. TRon
Competition for Ings: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/transfers/liverpool-transfer-news-danny-ings-west-brom-january-window-mitrovic-a8131216.html Don't know what to make of Ings. He could be a decent goal scorer, or just as easily be no better than Gayle.

Kimbo
I really hope we don’t see Danny Ings as an answer to our problems. He reeks of squad filler.

Dokko
I really hope we don’t see Danny Ings as an answer to our problems. He reeks of squad filler. Minus his injuries he's a really good premiership quality striker. I struggle to think when we've had something as decent as him upfront.
Tooj
If we're after him surely it should be a loan with an option to buy as there's no guarantee he'd be the same player after the two cruciates.
