It does bur a lot of their transfer business is with a FFP hat on. This will give them some free rein to go again with a player that didn’t drive their success. ponsaelius Posted yesterday at 10:16 Share Posted yesterday at 10:16 (edited) Obviously it's good money for him but Duran is really good with loads of room to improve and Watkins is on the way out physically. It's not far off us selling one of our blue chip players to Saudi tbh. Edited yesterday at 10:16 by ponsaelius

I assumed he’d be a rotation option for them. Edited yesterday at 10:30 by AyeDubbleYoo
ponsaelius Posted yesterday at 10:32 Share Posted yesterday at 10:32 (edited) He's quality for a 21 year old striker and proven he can do it in the PL. They're selling the future to pay for the now, which is what PSR does unfortunately. His attitude does stink - so it could go either way with him long term admittedly. It's a good sale but I'm not sure they do it if the mechanics of PSR were not in play. Edited yesterday at 10:34 by ponsaelius

ponsaelius Posted yesterday at 10:36 Share Posted yesterday at 10:36 Emery has wanted Felix for ages so that makes sense. Not really a direct replacement though. Strange career Felix is having.

GeordieDazzler Posted yesterday at 11:09 Share Posted yesterday at 11:09 Felix’s career has been a succession of terrible decisions. Was Ronaldo’s heir apparent back in the day and now has just become a PSR bargaining chip.
