Watkins feel like on the way down tbh. It could be the final nail on the coffin for Arteta. If I am AV I might really let it go, but the Duran sales is more than enough

Watkins looks like he's got a good few years in him, rarely injured and proven in the prem. Not a bad signing if they got for under 60m. These clubs can afford it unlike the rest of us. But he would massively improve them. 

 

Don't think they will get him now though unless Villa have an alternative lined up.

Crazy if Villa sell Watkins and Duran in the last couple of days of the window. Imagine their fans or Emery wouldn’t be happy. Don’t know if they’d have time for replacements.

 

As for Sky, they’re cunts but the difference between Isak and Watkins is that Watkins has said to camera that it’s his dream to play for Arsenal. Wor Alex couldn’t give a shit about them. Goonies haven’t realised that yet though.

I believe they do. Plus, as we're regularly told, clubs aren't inclined to do us a favour. There's also the fact Eddie has said repeatedly he doesn't really like having loans where there's no real expectation the player still stay permanently. The loan would probably finish before the player was integrated into our first team...
