I think it would be helpful if people stop viewing the Greek as a viable

option. Forest think he’s useless and Eddie thinks he’s useless. He’d probably pick Ruddy ahead of him.

We don’t know because nobody has really seen him play, but I’m not convinced we would really notice the difference if he played instead of Dub. I don’t really know either, but he’s number one for Greece, he’s not a non-league player.

It's not worth the risk at all mind. Underperforming keeper probably cost us Europe last season. Imagine the same happening again [emoji38] The fact that Dubs was so poor for us last season and still favourited over the Greek lad says a lot I reckon.

You know who has seen him play? Eddie and the staff. When asked about him Eddie said something to the effect of: he’s a real nice guy and is liked by the players.

read between the lines.

All of this highlights just how bad the Greek lad must be.

I don’t think this has been emphasised enough. He must be fucking awful.

He was number 1 for Benfica for like 5 years, I do find it hard to believe he's a complete dud.

Go on their message board and read his thread... then you'll see!

Gave away his shirt and gloves at the end tonight. Looked very emotional walking off too. Hopefully stays for the season at least we look a much better footballing side with him in nets.

Looks like a different player to last season.

I think we just have to conclude he's better than he was. Anticipation has improved, too, so I guess it's not just that he was injured previously, or whatever.

Not perfect, but nothing like the shambles I was bracing for a few weeks ago.

In 6 appearances. Unreal to be honest, defence have looked more comfortable with him in the sticks. Had to graft harder last night. Up the Marty D
