Young up and coming, with an excellent lower level track record, not a big name but someone who has the potential to grow and is accustomed to working with little to no money. Will be massively disappointed if this happens. Looked certs for relegation to the Scottish 3rd tier when he took over. They had a single figure points tally by the new year but recovered to survive on GD on the last day of the season. Won the league by 12 points last season, playing good football. Brought a good few young'uns through, one being Lewis Morgan who signed for Celtic in Jan but stayed on loan for the rest of the season. With that in mind he's probably a good fit for the mackems.
