[emoji38] If it stays like this, they're 10 points off an automatic spot. Doncaster, in second, also have two games in hand on them.

If it does they will be 7 points off 5th never mind an automatic. Oxford and Accrington, just behind, have 1 or 2 games in hand and Charlton are two points ahead also (mackems a game in hand). They may go up, but, on current form their struggling and starting to drop off.

They have had a decent run of teams to play the last few weeks also.

Good chance they go up this season if they finish in the playoffs. I think with a takeover that buzz and excitement will push them across the line.

If it does happen the young lad has bought a shell of a club. It has its downfalls but also means it’s stripped back and a blank canvass to do what he wants. He’ll need deep pockets, think it’s £20m to keep the club in the championship plus tripling their wages with no income and another £100m to get it knocking on the prem door. If he thinks he can do it on the cheap then he’s hugely mistaken, if he’s coming in to it eyes wide open and willing to burn money like short then he’s got a shot of building a premiership club in the next 3-4 years, but still no guarantee. So if he had a spare £200m then he could have bought Burnley and had money left over.
