Surely Parkinson or White discussing their career in Spanish with Solano would've been a better option.

Can Almiron not speak English?

Can Nobby?

Great they did it in their own language and will get lots of views from PL loving, football mad, South Americans. Some, of whom, we might well be flirting with ?

Any patriotic Brazilian - and there's a lot of them - who saw Wor Flags' recent display would sit up and pay attention to NUFC, and their current population is 215m. It's not out of the question one or two of them would be good at football... @Heron

There have been indications that the ownership are very interested in the Brazilian/South American market, in terms of clubs and players. It hasn't been said explicitly but I've wondered if they see it as a relatively untapped potential fanbase too. One that functions as a backdoor into the US, also.

People here tend to assume all South Americans follow Real Madrid and La Liga etc. But the evidence is that's begun to shift over the past 20 years. Look at how Bruno and co. talk about Rooney and Gerrard.

Newcastle United winger Miguel Almiron is not interested in leaving St James' Park this summer.

The Paraguay international has already been spoken about by some observers as a potential outgoing deal as Newcastle look to navigate their way through FFP and PSR rules. However, Almiron is happy on Tyneside and has two years left on his current deal which he is determined to see through.

Sources close to the player say he loves working with Eddie Howe and he wants to remain at the club for as long as possible. Almiron only signed an extension last year, handed to him by Howe, and the aim is to fight for his place at Newcastle.

Imagine the pain we will all feel if we have to sell Bruno because Miggy doesn’t want to leave

Was watching his interview with Nobby, he would actually be a great buy for one of the promoted clubs, remember he added a lot of flair to Benitez functional side, he works hard and does have more quality than any of the promoted sides do. £15-20m and they can’t really go wrong. Similarly for a club like Everton he would be a great buy, who in their team is better than him?

It'd be pretty fucked wouldn't it ?

Miggy would get all sorts of shit for wanting to stay at a club he clearly likes...but we'd be sad a player left because they chose to leave?

Luckily Bruno wasn't want to leave either mind, it seems.

PIF just need to throw more money at him - money talks

It didn't work in January by all accounts.

Just have to keep him as a squad player for the final two years of his contract if he refuses to go to Saudi because I can't see any other club coming in for him.
