Consortium of one
Confidence is shot. His first touch in the box betrays that. I'd sit him for a couple of games. Tell him to get his head straight and put him back in. There's a player there but it's in 6 foot hole and dirt is getting thrown on it.
Disco
Thankfully, as Steve was happy with his squad before deadline day, there's only Atsu to bring in unless he changes formation.

Conjo
No return date on physioroom. Latest update from yesterday: Nov 25: "He seen a specialist and he said to give him another rest. We will see what happens in the next couple of weeks but at the moment he is still not ready."
Gallowgate End
Bet Almiron is missing Rafa shame we won’t see anything like the player we saw on the left last season. Bruce is going to make him play on the right all season while Miggy gets the abuse for it While our local journalists can’t figure out why he’s not playing as well. TRC
It's ridiculous Bruce hasn't considered just swapping wings once.
KaKa
He's trying very hard as that is his nature, but I swear it's working against him when mixed with his desperation to score. The coaching staff (lol) should be imploring him to calm down and keep things simpler and not go raging around so much. I highly doubt they will be telling him this though. They haven't even had the sense to have him switch sides not even once yet, and not even for a few minutes during any game.

Aiston
Neither of them ever looked this bad. It's like people forget how good he was last year, even without the goals or assists. He was key in our front three last season.
danny
Neither of them ever looked this bad. Cabella did, and I liked him Me to :'(, Head - but i expect him to come good soon Heart - loaned/sold to a midtable french/german team and excell. im gutted how this has turned out i love this boy almost asmuch as asm Would this situ be so much of a problem if we had a striker who was scoring
Raconteur
Funny how so many of our players lost confidence as soon as the guy instilling confidence departed. Almiron needs to have a word with ASM in the tunnel and agree to swap sides throughout the match, and when ASM is on Brewcie's side, tell him sweetly in French to fuck off and let them get on with it

He was key in our front three last season. It's baffling! We were the fifth highest scorers in the league from when he signed and the seventh best team. He's being used down the right FFS when he's massively left-footed - put someone like Bale in that position and see how he performs.

Conjo
Don't see what the big deal is about him playing left of right. Most wingers are inverted these days. If anything it should make it easier for him to score. Almiron would perform just as good on the right under Rafa as on the left imo. His game was never to cross from the left anyway. You mean apart from the fact he’s much better on the left than right? He isn’t suited to playing as a inverted right winger how Bruce can’t see that is worrying. He should switch Almiron & Saint-Maximin or at least have them swapping sides during the game.
Conjo
Don't see why that should be the case, or even how you can be so certain of that. The main problem to me seems that he's too wide and isolated. Not that he's on the "wrong" side.

The only reason Maximin is playing on the left is because he’d rather spend the game coming inside and doing 99999 unproductive step-overs while Bruce pats him on the back and Lee Ryder gives him a 10/10 match rating The front 3 is basically being played how Saint-Maximin would play it on FIFA. TRon
Feels like Cabella and Thuavin all over again. Don't recall Cabella ever getting into scoring positions much, or even putting in crosses. He just seemed to do a few tricks on the sidelines then go down after getting clattered. Thauvin actually had great end product, just didn't want to be here. Almiron is actually far harder working than either, he just can't finish.

Ah, so it's Saint-Maximins vanity, Ryders low standards and Bruce's stupidity that is conspiring together to keep Almiron down that is hindering him controlling a ball becasue he's incapable of doing anything productive on the right side of a football field. Duly noted.

He'd run around like a chicken with its head cut off, lose the ball and then fall down.
Kanji
It's somewhere in the middle, I think their is a player there under the right coaching. Think about it logically, he's a young lad coming from the MLS, he signs for Rafa, the mood is great we are playing well, clearly defined tactical plans and development for him. Then the summer comes and it all turns completely toxic, the manager goes, the club is in turmoil and he's got a useless gimp handling him. Joelinton's output has been nearly as bad and he was 40m and is playing up front. There is a lot of mitigating factors, and right now his confidence is on the floor. 100%
