AyeDubbleYoo
Everton and Spurs are just nothing teams TBH, if Spurs didn't have Kane they would be really poor. Find Everton really offensive for some reason, just one of those teams that exists for no reason. Yes, I know like us.
Away Day Gadgie
Everton and Spurs are just nothing teams TBH, if Spurs didn't have Kane they would be really poor. Find Everton really offensive for some reason, just one of those teams that exists for no reason. Yes, I know like us. Everton are the epitome of average. Bar the odd european qualification or flirt with relegation you barely notice them. Apart from about 1 season under Martinez i can’t ever remember them playing entertaining football either. Astroblack
Thought they were good under Moyes when they had Pienaar and Baines on the left. Their European campaigns have been embarrassing though.

joeyt
Everton's recruitment has been so bad. Just look at this list (apologies about the formatting): Jean-Philippe Gbamin £25,000,000 André Gomes £22,000,000 Moise Kean £24,500,000 Alex Iwobi £34,000,000 Richarlison £40,000,000 Lucas Digne £18,000,000 Yerry Mina £27,190,000 Cenk Tosun £27,000,000 Theo Walcott £20,000,000 Michael Keane £25,000,000 Gylfi Sigurdsson £45,000,000 Nikola Vlasic £10,000,000 Yannick Bolasie £25,000,000 Ademola Lookman £10,000,000 Morgan Schneiderlin £20,000,000 Davy Klaassen £23,600,000 Jordan Pickford £25,000,000 There's not many on there that have been anywhere near value for money. Probably only Digne, Richarlison and then Keane and Pickford but the latter two are very inconsistent. Guess they made a profit on Lookman too
Wullie
Moise Kean's the wrongest I've been about a transfer since I said Raheem Sterling wouldn't get off Man City's bench. I don't think my quid on Kean to be top scorer will be paying out any time soon.
AyeDubbleYoo
I mean, anyone playing for Everton is quite a long shot.

AyeDubbleYoo
Iwobi was an inexplicable signing really, never understood what he did even at Arsenal. What happened to Bolasie, still injured?

We whinge about £40m on Joelinton, but imagine if we'd spent that kind of money on basically a whole team!

There's some absolute shockers on there mind, and certain ones bought a while ago like Klaassen when £23m was significantly more of an outlay. LRD
From wiki: Gbamin signed for Premier League club Everton on 2 August 2019 on a five-year contract for a £25 million fee.[6] He made appearances in the club's first two games of the season, before being ruled out for eight weeks due to a thigh injury.[7] In October 2019, it was announced he would be out injured until January 2020.[8] In January 2020, it was announced he would be out until the end of the season. [9] In May 2020, it was announced he would be out injured until November 2020. [10] Ouch.
