El Hozzo
tickets on general sale seems to be happening a lot, even for Man Utd ... definitely people are staying away ...
Minhosa
Chronicle peddling the club line again, I see. Yep. Beyond a joke. Whenever a takeover happens, that paper will massively benefit from the uplift in positivity with local folk wanting to read about it and they'll have done the sum total of fuck all to influence it. I hope people remember that when the inevitable happens. They should have gone to war on Ashley.

I'm sure the £56 they're charging for the East Stand will tempt a lot of the boycotters into attending.

Big Geordie
Am sure there will be plenty Mancs turning up in the home sections (from a general sale) Real potential for bother as they aren't known for sitting on their hands.

Tsunami
Could it be to pay for Joelinton? Ashley supposedly paid for Joelinton from his own money, this loan could pay him back

NG32
If Mike Ashley was in a band it would be Dodgy If Mike Ashley was in the music industry he would have been Elvis's manager or the bloke that fleeced the Bay City Rollers and left them penny less. TRon
Already dampening talk of much money being about in Jan either. Doubt anyone really cares about that any more. What would Bruce do with it? He's got the players he wanted including Krafth and Ashley's £40m super signing Joelinton. Now fucking get on with it Steve. Stifler
Worlds 2nd richest man wants to buy AC Milan who are apparently not for sale, and we have Jabba the Hutt keeping us in chains.
Doc
Anyone think it's got to the point where he wont dare sell because all his money shuffling would seriously come under scrutiny? I dread to think how many ways he's got his slimy hooks into NUFC, look at Rangers and he only had what, 10% of them. The cunt.
DJ_NUFC
Someone needs to start a Kickstarter for bantz to see how much we raise in our bid to buy the club.
Doctor Zaius
He's 55 now and in atrocious condition physically. At massive heart attack might not be too far away like. I think even a fairly big, stress related health scare might tempt him into selling. He doesnt give a fuck about 'Sports direct shame'. In another country, or even another club with more of a militant fan base, his family and private life would have been targeted more. Especially with him being so protective over it. That would have been more effective in coercing him to sell. Not that im condoning that sort of stuff. Then you have questions about what is right and wrong, what is actually legal (intimidation and harassment definitely arent) and what is going too far. AyeDubbleYoo
I don’t why people feel they have to say they’re ‘not condoning’ stuff. I am, we should be making the guy feel unsafe, threatening him and his businesses, making his life a misery. It’s totally justified IMO.

jackyboy
I am 75, my brother 83 and we both feel the same after supporting the club since we were kids. Our football team was in our blood and never far away from our thoughts. Rafa gave us hope and inspiration but Ashley destroyed that like he has done with everything NUFC related. Spoke to my brother yesterday and we were both saying that we have lost interest in football, not just Newcastle, and don't bother to watch games anymore. Ashley has destroyed the club and also a big chunk of peoples lives.
