I've been to the RVI with my daughter today and seen big Joe in stirrups. He looked in good fettle, though.

No idea what he was giving birth to, but get it signed up for the future.

Really got to question our physios and medical team. If he’s out injured for the rest of the season, who the hell said he was ok to come out for the second half against the mackems?!?

It’s up there with Botman’s injury that wasn’t picked up.

Maybe he was rushed back. Maybe he shouldn’t have gone out for the second half. Maybe a torn tendon is hard to spot at half time. Ironically it was probably Joe himself that said he wanted to go out and see how it felt, and try telling Joelinton not to come out for the second when 1-0 up against your local rivals.

Are we close to actually seeing Schar play in Midfield, when Bruno/Longstaff or Miley now gets injured, or soon banned for 2 games? Play Lascelles with Botman and Schar as a holding Mid and Miley and Longy as the 2 normal mids.

Madness, what a cluster fuck of a season.

Got to be a lot of questions between now and the summer of our medical team, and Howe needs a period of reflection on team management. We have a U21 team, yes they suck but how many of them could of played 20-30 mins here and their to see out games and potentially helped this utter mess of a situation were now in?

Honest answer the one who could, is already playing I think. The rest are miles off being suitable for first team football and the ones, theoretically nearest are out on loan elsewhere.

the club have started seeding the academy with players like Sanusi, Heffernan etc, but we are years from potentially seeing the fruits of that work

He's been playing with injuries a lot this season and rushed back early every time he's been out, so not surprised if this is it for him for this season.

Remember how average he was start of the season when he clearly wasn't 100%, at the expense of a fit Anderson who came back to pre-season as the fittest player in the squad and had a great pre-season?

Can't really blame anyone other than Howe (no that does not mean I want him out before the white knights come calling). He needs to learn to trust and use his squad more (and early) next season.

Not disputing your point but possibly hard one to diagnose in an away dressing room with limited time. He maybe wanted to try and run whatever he was feeling off. He literally only played a minute and possibly didn’t even touch the ball before they removed him.

Step forward Issac, your time has come. Hey, at least he's a better option than Ritchie........

Mope saying he’s turned down offer of a new contract.

Cant see him leaving like. As good as he’s been, he’s not going to get a move to a bigger club then us.
