He's done it against big teams time and again and puts himself in harm's way with his graft for the side, especially when we're up against it, even the professional fouls (ah Mr Elliot you think you will run past me do you?). An intangible quality that is difficult to replicate. I said in BDBs thread - someone said he’s not a top 8 player. But he has been. He’s played damn near every game. Same with Big Joe.
