TBH I really think it was, as one of the major complaints by BT sport, sky, BBC and bein was that they couldn’t get justice in the Saudi courts, they now have put it in black and white by a government agency how anyone can now do that. The second part of the statement is identifying the measures they now (or did) have in place. Think they have all of their tick boxes lined up quite nicely now. It seems the EPL et al didn't need lawyers, they just had to email the friendly Saudi government.
